做过海关的朋友可能知道，一些东西要出口的时候，产品是要通过商检的，没有商标的自然是不会放行的，那么是不是有了商标，就可以畅通无阻了呢，也不一定，如果这个商标不是你自己的，那么就要有商标授权书才可以过关的。

上面只是需要商标授权的一种情况，其实在现实生活中，有不少专注于品牌管理的公司，自己手中有很好的品牌，但没有生产能力，这个时候，去委托别人生产的时候，也需要出具授权书，如果没有商标授权书的话，就没有法律的约束，今后有纠纷也不好处理。一般还是报商标局备案一下，这样的保障就大多了。

另外，商标授权书有固定的格式，这个到网上下载一个就行了，出口的，有的要英文的，这个格式可能有所不同，在这里列出一个例子：

Hereby we confirm that the trademark ***(商标名称) is legally registered in **（国家或地区)，and owned by ****( 授权的客户公司)，as stated in relevant certificates. According to the Madrid Agreement products of trademarks stated above can be traded in a certain number of countries and any infringement or use of this trademark or logo without our written consent in these countries will be legally prosecuted wherever it takes place.

We hereby authorize ****(被授权的公司) to produce (***产品) with the trademark *** in China. The products with the abovementioned trademarks are to be purchased exclusively by (A公司).

This authorization is valid from (*年*月*日) to (*年*月*日)。
